How Does an Event Work?

  • You book your event through our secure booking system on axefactorthrowing.com and reserve your lane.

  • Complete the waiver and distribute to the other members of your group via email prior to arriving.

  • Your full group should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled event time.

  • Your group will check in at the front desk to make final payment and complete waiver forms.

  • Your group will be led to the waiting area where you can play games, browse merchandise, watch TV, or take pictures while you wait for our staff to get your lanes ready.

  • Your assigned coach will retrieve you from the waiting area and bring you to your lanes for initial safety and game play instructions.

  • Each member of the group will be coached while they take some practice throws.

  • Your event will last 1 to 2 Hours from the scheduled start time.

What is Your Walk-In / Reservation Policy?

  • Walk-Ins are first come, first serve if lanes are available. Reservations are strongly recommended on Friday and Saturday.

  • Walk-Ins are accepted all operating hours on a first-come first-serve basis based on lane availability.

  • All lanes are private lanes. You will not be grouped with anyone outside of your group.

  • We cannot guarantee you a lane if you walk-in, we HIGHLY recommend that you book your event 24 hours in advance.

  • Walk-Ins are welcome to wait in our comfy waiting area.

  • League members walk-in practice rate is $10 per hour.

Should We Tip Our Coach?

  • Tips are not expected but they are appreciated if you had a great time with your coach.

What are Your Booking Policies?

  • Walk-Ins can come in for one hour or more.

  • 1 Hour reservations for groups of 2-8 players requires you to book 24 hours in advance with a deposit of the cost of two people

  • 2 Hour reservations for groups of 2-8 players requires you to book 24 hours in advance with a deposit of the cost of two people

  • 2 Hour reservations for groups of 9-16 players require two lanes and a deposit of the cost of four people. Email for reservation. info@axefactorthrowing.com

  • Groups of 17 or greater please contact us for availability, group rates and accommodations.

  • No refund of deposit for cancellations.

  • The cost of your entire reservation is due when you arrive for your reservation time. This can be split among people and payment types.

What Do I Wear?

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.  You will be lifting your arms over your head so take that into consideration.

  • Our building is heated and air conditioned for your comfort during all seasons.

  • You must wear closed toed shoes. No flip flops or sandals!
